Most of all, I'm passionate about inclusive design. I like to live in the space where creativity meets access to make things better for people. I advocate for difference. I celebrate identity. I understand that diversity in thought and perspective are how we cultivate meaningful interactions.
I use data to address problems through a human lens.
As humans, there are a wide variety of experiences, attributes, and motivations that affect how we interact with a product. My responsibility as a designer is to recognize each experience as valuable piece of data, and with it, create a more conscious ecosystem that respond to user needs.
I use field studies and interviews from a range of identities to gather real data about what our users value. I product test with a diverse audience to provide adequate context around a far-reaching problem. I truly collaborate with users to create rich, multidimensional experiences that reflect their own journeys, and to redefine what it means to engage with a product.
